Activating your wireless connection:

Step 1: Make sure that you have purchased a wireless card ( If you do not own a wireless card, a card can be purchased nearly anywhere. To assist you we have listed a few stores under "Recommended Hardware."

Step 2: Before you contact Information Technology - Help Desk you must make sure you have some type of virus protection software loaded on your notebook computer. ( If you do not have anti virus software you can download a trial version from McAfee or Norton. )

Step 3: Call the Information Technology - Help Desk to setup an appointment. (ext 2525) During your appointment our support team will create you an wireless account. ( Usually it takes 2-3 hours to setup an account.)
